I'm normally at the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market on Tuesdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.
Subject to change; please contact me or check the schedule in advance to be sure I'll be there.
Or send me a message here.
My original paintings are primarily acrylic on stretched canvas. After the painting thoroughly dries, I seal each surface with clear gloss.
For prints, I create 4"x6", 5"x7", and 8"x10" versions that I mat and sign. I offer my work in 6"x8", 10"x12", and 13"x16" frame sizes.
I was born at a young age when it was fashionable and raised on St. Pete Beach in the 1950s. My folks provided me with art lessons until finishing high school locally.
While attending USF in Tampa, I got married and changed my major from Graphic Arts to Political Science; I couldn't raise a family as a starving artist. Still wanting to be an artist, I began seriously painting and drawing again 11 years ago.
My paintings are inspired by countless works I've viewed at the Ringling (Sarasota), Dali (St. Pete), National Gallery (D.C.), High Museum (Atlanta), Art Institute (Chicago), The Huntington (San Marino), and the Getty (LA).
